Tracking

Why should I enable tracking?

Tracking Based Alerts

Without tracking enabled, you’d only receive job alerts within 50 miles of your home location, but with tracking enabled, you'll receive relevant job alerts wherever you go.

Tracked & Trusted (Auto-allocation)

In order to be eligible for auto-allocation, you need to be a tracked & trusted supplier. Only those with tracking enabled can have this status.

Tracking must be enabled, and location permissions set to "Always" (iOS) or "Allow all the time" (Android), otherwise tracking will not work while the app is closed.

Waiting Time

Picture this: You arrive at a collection point, but the goods aren’t ready yet. You end up waiting—sometimes for an hour or more. You request payment for waiting time, we contact the customer (often a third party), and they deny you ever waited that long. They might claim the delay was much shorter or that you arrived late in the first place. Frustrating, right?

Without solid proof, it turns into a frustrating debate. This is where enabling  tracking can make your life easier.

With tracking on, there’s no more back-and-forth or doubt about your arrival time. The system automatically logs when you get to the location, so we have concrete evidence of your exact arrival. That means if you ever need to claim wait time, you’ve got proof to back it up. Plus, it helps keep things fair with customers—they can see when you arrived too, which makes disputes over timing much less likely. In the end, it’s about protecting your time, making sure you get paid fairly, and keeping everything transparent and professional.

Priority

Drivers who have tracking enabled are prioritised for job allocations over those who don't.

We prioritise couriers with tracking to give our customers peace of mind.

Happy Customers

Customers can follow your progress in real time while you're on a job for us. This means they can see exactly where you are and get live updates on your estimated arrival time, without needing to call or message you to ask for updates.

It takes away the uncertainty and reassures them that their delivery is on its way.

No more worrying or wondering – the customer stays informed every step of the way, making for a smoother, more transparent delivery experience (See below example):
