Registering to become a Tracked & Trusted supplier

Before registering to become a tracked & trusted supplier, you agree to the following:

  • I understand that if I enter an ETA (estimated time of arrival) of 45 minutes or less, I could be auto-allocated.
  • I agree to complete the job for my agreed percentage - there is no negotiation on my payment If you wish to be auto-allocated.
  • I will provide Courier Expert with information regarding jobs asap e.g. waiting time or no response at collection or delivery immediately
  • I will remove my availability - BEFORE ALLOCATION - from a job (to prevent auto allocation) if I am no longer free to complete it for any reason
  • I understand my Trusted Supplier status could be withdrawn for poor delivery performance, poor customer service or failure to enter and send GOB & POD info, pulling out of a job or non compliance with any of the criteria set out above.
  • I will advise Courier Expert with changes to my ETA etc asap
  • I agree to use the Courier Expert app to uploaded GOB (Goods on board) and POD (proof of delivery).
  • I agree to enabling tracking In the Courier Expert driver app so customers can track my location when I'm assigned to their booking.
  • Disabling my tracking will result In loss of my Tracked & Trusted status

Auto-allocation (Tracked & Trusted) Indicator

When registering your interest, you'll now see an indicator that will tell you whether auto-allocation is enabled for a particular job, or whether your bid disqualifies you from auto-allocation.

Note: Auto-allocation Is not guaranteed, please use this indicator as a guide when registering your bids.

Why would auto-allocation be disabled for a job?

  • If the job is currently "Quoted", this means the customer hasn't made payment yet. We're not in the position to allocate a courier.
  • Multi-drop / Wait & Return jobs are not elligble for auto-allocation
  • If the collection and delivery dates are different, e.g. deliver next day
  • If we suspect a fraudalent booking, we make disable auto-allocation manually

What disqualifies my bid from auto-allocation?

  • You've enter a rate above 60% (Price too high)
  • Your ETA is more than 45 minutes (Too far away)
  • You've entered a comment (Leave this blank for auto-allocation)
  • If your home or tracked location is outside the collection radius (45 miles)
