Introduction

The live job list lets you search for currently available jobs on our platform, with updates happening throughout the day as quotes and bookings are processed through our portal.

While the job list is a valuable tool for browsing available work, we recommend relying on job notifications for a more tailored experience. These alerts are customised to match your location, making it easier and faster to bid on jobs that are most relevant to you.

Accessing the job list

You can access the job list using the bottom navigational panel, select the job list icon (icon with three horizontal bars and squares) as seen In the image below.

Understanding the Job Information on the Job List

Each job will contain important information that helps you assess its suitability, including general collection and delivery locations, time windows for collection and delivery, payment details, and any special requirements.

Do I have to collect at the time shown on the job?

For ASAP jobs: The collection time is considered "Available to collect from" but generally speaking, we're looking for a courier to collect As Soon As Possible. This is typically why you might see jobs where the "Collect From" time has already passed.

If a job says "From 3PM" but you can’t arrive until 3:45PM, please register your bid. There is often flexibility, and the team will take your availability into account.

For Future Jobs: If a job specifies collection at 9AM tomorrow with delivery by 12PM, this is not a flexible window. The courier is expected to collect at the time specified to ensure timely delivery. Please only bid if you can meet the specified collection time, or make It clear In your bid your availibility.

Understanding the Coloured Status Badges

Customer Payment Status

Every job will have either one of the following status', "Quoted" & "Booked".

This badge indicates whether the customer has made payment.

If the current status is "Quoted", this means we have provided a provisional quote to the customer, they haven't made payment yet and we're not currently in the position to allocate a courier.

It's still important that you register your interest, a "Quoted" job can convert to a "Booked" job within minutes, and allocated soon after.

However It's still important to note that not all "Quoted" jobs get booked, perhaps the customer has changed their mind or fished for a cheaper price. If a "Quoted" job is not "Booked", It will expire of our system within 60 minutes - and will disappear from your job list or bid list.

Don't be surprised If you see a "Quoted" job added back to the system with a different job number at a later point, this means the customer has refreshed their quote and probably intend to book. If you previously made a bid, It will still be visible to our team as a "Similar Bid", but It's still recommended to re-apply your bid the usual way.

A job that indicates "Booked" means the customer has completed the booking form and made payment. We are now In the position to allocate a courier.

Allocation Status

Covered: The job has been allocated to another courier and no longer available.

Available: The job is available to be allocated to a courier

Open: The job Is open for bids, but the job is currently in the "Quoted" stage (See Above) - We're not in the position to allocate a courier as the customer hasn't made payment yet.

Allocated: You have been allocated to this job

Urgency Status

ASAP: This job needs to be collected as soon as possible

Future: The collection date/time Is not urgent, typically a future date.

Other General Informational Badges

Each job will show a general mileage indicator based on how far away the collection location is to either your home or tracked location.

This is really just to give you a general idea, effectively using a straight line to measure the distance from your location to the collection location.

Jobs that have a "+ Midstops" badge indicate that the job is a "Multi-drop", this means that there is more than one collection or delivery location. You can view all stops by tapping on the job, then selecting "View Details" to view the route on a map.

The below badge indicates that you have already registered your bid on this job.
