How will I receive job alerts?

• SMS Alerts
  • SMS alerts are sent when the customer has paid for a booking, this means Its ready to be allocated to a courier right away.
  • Initial SMS alerts are automatically sent to couriers within a smaller radius when the job has just been booked.
  • If a courier has not been allocated within 15 minutes of the initial SMS alerts having been sent, we'll manually send SMS alerts to a much larger radius.
  •  In most cases, a job is eligible for auto-allocation when the SMS alerts have been sent
  • The sms will include a link to register your interest
• Email Alerts
  • Email alerts are sent when the customer has paid for a booking, this means It ready to allocated to a courier right away.
  • We may send additional email alerts If a courier is not promptly allocated
  • In most cases, a job is eligible for auto-allocation when the email alerts have been sent
  • The email will include a link to register your interest
• App Push Notifications Alerts
  • Push notifications mirror your email alerts
  • Enabling push notifications will also notify you of potential jobs ahead of time, unlike SMS/Email, Push Notifications will alert you of quoted jobs before the customer has paid - this gives you the chances to register your interest early.
  • Tapping a push notification will direct you to register your interest In the app
