Immediate Pick-ups

If you have booked a courier for immediate pick-up, our aim Is to allocate a courier as soon as possible. We will be In the process of sending alerts out to couriers within the local area, and progressively expanding the radius of our alerts If a courier has not come forward.

In most cases, we will assign a courier within 15 minutes of booking, however sometimes It can take longer depending on current demand and locality of the collection address.

Future Bookings

If you have pre-booked a courier for a future date, please do not worry If your booking has not been assigned to a courier yet. In almost all cases, we will aim to assign a courier by 6pm the day before.

If there any issues with your booking or we are struggling to find a courier, we will contact you directly to advise.

Once your booking Is allocated

Once we have assigned a courier to your booking, an email will be sent to you to confirm this, and also provide the drivers contact number.

An ETA will also be provided (If immediate pick-up).
